Roof Colour
One of the design decisions that you need to make when building a new roof besides the material and texture, is its colour. Consideration should be given to combining the roof colour with that of the structure of the house.
You may consider blending in with surrounding houses in order to create a more unified look, or to stand out with your own unique colours. When deciding on roof colours, dark coloured roofs absorb the sun rays better and translate them into heat, while light colours absorb less sun rays and keep the roof cooler.
