At Aureus Contracting (A.C.L.) Ltd., we recognize the importance of protecting information about identifiable personal information. Our privacy policy applies to any transmission or communication of personal information outside of the consultant-client relationship which may include, without limitation, communications with respect to marketing, recruiting and seminar programs.

Our privacy statement is in addition to the strict confidentiality obligations that Aureus Contracting owes to its clients arising from professional-client relationships. Any communication or transmission of information to Aureus Contracting or to any member of our firm for marketing purposes or to request information about the firm, is not intended to create, and receipt of which will not constitute, a consultant-client relationship.

We do not sell, loan, rent, or disclose any personal information to anyone outside of Aureus Contracting. Any information that is given to us in this regard is treated with care and stored securely, and subject to this privacy policy will not be used in ways that have not been consented to.

Although Aureus Contracting highly respects your privacy, we reserve the right to disclose information where required by law; to comply with valid legal processes including a subpoena, search warrant, or court order; to protect our firm's rights and property; or during emergencies where safety is at risk.

We collect only that personal information which is provided to us voluntarily when you complete your name, address and any additional details you choose to provide on the "contact us" portion of our website, when you request information on our firm or when you provide personal information outside of the professional-client relationship. Such personal information is collected for the purpose of fulfilling the request that you have made of Aureus Contracting and to provide you with better service which may include, without limitation, adding your name and details to our mailing list in order to provide you with updates and invitations to upcoming Aureus Contracting events that may be of interest to you.

If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information to Aureus Management outside of the consultant-client relationship.
