Food Preparation Space and Pantries
When planning kitchen storage it is important that the kitchen will have cabinets beneath the sink to hold cleaning items.
Next to the food preparation area you should have enough cabinets and drawers for cutters, chopping boards, glassware etc. on both sides of the cooking center it is recommended to have cabinets space for pots, pans, dishes, etc.
A pantry is an excellent location for storing food, beverages, liquors. Additional space can be planned to accomidate cleaning and sweeping items as well as consider planning space for freezers or bar/ beverage fridges.
